General information

A credit card number is required to confirm the booking. For long stay: For more than 7 nights, a 50% deposit of whole amount will be required at the time of booking. The deposit has to be paid via bank transfer: SOLIDO HOTELS SRL, BANCO BPM, IT64D0503432180000000004272.

Cancellation Policy

Valid for the whole period:

Up until 8 days before: No penalty
From 7 days: Entire stay will be charged
No show: Entire stay will be charged
Early Departure: Entire stay will be charged
Groups of at least 5 rooms: Cancellation policy to be evaluated

The rates are to be considered as per room, per night and are inclusive of service, taxes and buffet breakfast. City tax: € 5.00 per person per day, payable directly to the Hotel. This tax applies to Guests 15 years old or older. Check-in time is from 2.00 pm. Check-out until 12.00 am Note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the N° of Adults box. Exchange rates for information only.
